Proper Hydration for Weight Management

Proper hydration is critically important when you want to drop some pounds or inches.

One tip is to drink more water instead of sugary drinks. You can make your daily water intake more interesting by flavoring your water! Add essential oils such as Lemon Vitality, Peppermint Vitality, or Slique Essence to your water. You can steep Organic Dried Wolfberries with tea to lend a delicious berry flavor.

NingXia Zyng is a refreshing low-calorie drink that hydrates and helps boost energy.

Slique Tea is a great replacement for your morning coffee. It is an all natural, delightful combination of oolong and cacao to offer a slimming spice tea that is sure to please your taste buds while helping you say hydrated. It is great hot or cold.

But I have to admit that for me as I have concentrated on proper hydration, drinking plenty of pure water has become absolutely addicting for me! My body craves water and I believe it has been a key factor in helping my overall wellness journey.
