When you need Deep Relief

Deep Relief Ray of relief

Yesterday I mentioned that one essential oil I like to keep with me when I am out and about is Deep Relief. It has been so helpful to me and others for relaxing sore or cramped muscles, soothing a headache or opening nasal passages. It is a simple home remedy that is so easy to use. Just unscrew the cover and roll it on! No mess, and instant comfort!

But what do you do if you don’t have Deep Relief on hand and still want the benefits of this powerful blend? Here is a recipe you can make yourself with several oils you may already have on hand. You can even mix this in a used Deep Relief bottle and tape a label on with a note showing the ingredients.

  • 15 drops Marjoram
  • 10 drops Lavender
  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • 10 drops Wintergreen
  • 10 drops Copaiba (optional)

Then fill the bottle the rest of the way with a carrier oil such as V-6 Mixing Oil, organic Almond Oil or organic Olive Oil. Finally, replace the roller top and cover. Aaahhhh! What a relief!
