Everyone has their favorite way to experience aromatherapy. Some people like to diffuse essential oils so the entire room is filled with the fragrant aromas. Others prefer to apply the oils topically so they are surrounded with pleasing scents. Others like to just open the bottle and sniff, or put a drop in their hands and smell their hands. But did you know the scent actually changes if you start with your hands further away from your nose and slowly raise them to your face as you breathe in? Try it, you may be surprised!
