Work-related stress

Stress is known to cause many health problems. Headaches, insomnia, cardiovascular challenges of many kinds. But recently a link has been found to Type II Diabetes.

“Researchers have now discovered that individuals who are under a high level of pressure at work face an about 45 percent higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who are subjected to less stress at their workplace.” — Science Daily August 8, 2014

This is significant and something that few people might associate with their increasing list of health concerns. Many people feel trapped between their need to provide financially for themselves and/or their family, and their increased levels of stress and how this is affecting their health.

If work-place stress is a concern you have, you may want to consider some of my favorite stress relievers: Lavender, Chamomile and Stress Away. You would be amazed at the difference they can make!

I also would love to share with you how changing my career has brought amazing fulfillment and relief from stress to my life! I love being my own boss and helping people find wellness, purpose and abundance for themselves. Send me a note and let’s talk soon! There really is a better way!
