Essential Oils, Healthy Lifestyle

What is an essential oil?

Understanding essential oils is simple.God made plants. Essential oils come from plants. They are easy to use and very compatible with our bodies. Yet there is a complexity to them that is beyond our understanding. There is an intelligence that can work within our bodies for our benefit if distilled and used properly. Yet, if adulterated or not distilled properly, they can at best be just a smelly liquid and at worst can contain added chemicals that can be harmful.

It is so important to know your source of essential oils and to use them sensibly. I have trusted Young Living Essential Oils now for over 15 years. I can attest to their purity and have seen the many benefits they can provide to people who decide to use them responsibly.
