I often meet folks whose health is declining rapidly and they are grasping for a quick fix. Sadly, our desire for instant gratification has trapped a lot of people in a lifestyle that they can’t seem to escape. They are addicted to foods that are leading them down a very unhealthy path.
I am also a victim of the same cravings for the wrong foods that others have. It takes will power to turn away and not grab that easy, tasty junk food to satisfy your taste buds in a weak moment. One thing that really helps is to have healthy food all cleaned and prepared to snack on. Come on- get to the store and buy some healthy food. Then by-pass the inside aisles where all the junk food is located.
It’s not always feasible to eat all this fresh produce, so you might also want to keep some of these delicious options on hand for when you are out and about.
