In the ideal world, we would surround ourselves with only good people and only find ourselves in situations that edify and uplift us. The reality is that sometimes we cannot avoid people who add stress to our lives, or stressful environments.
A good friend of mine works in an extremely stressful job. She tells me that on the weekends she “oils up” and releases the built up emotions from the past week, only to go right back to work on Monday to start the cycle all over again. My heart goes out to her.
Fortunately, she has a plan for becoming financially secure so that she can retire early from this job and pursue her passion to help others find wellness, purpose and abundance! Kudos, my dear friend!
