Soak away the winter aches & pains

Essential Oil “Soak” for Achey-ness

2 drops Eucalyptus radiata
6 drops frankincense
3 drops helichrysum
6 drops spruce
15 drops ravensara
1 drop wintergreen

Mix these essential oils into 1/2 cup Epsom salt. Add to hot bath water during tub fill. Soak for 10 minutes or until water cools.
