Mapping Emotions in the Body

It’s no secret that emotions play a huge role in our health. Even though there is a lot of research out there on the topic, most of us tend to ignore the emotional aspects that may lie at the root of a particular ailment we are dealing with. – OR – We might agree there is an emotional connection, but maybe we don’t have the resources to make the right connection and then deal with it appropriately.

When I saw the following chart in an article by Dr. Mercola, I thought WOW!  This is really nice to have!  Maybe others would like to take a look at it and see if they have some emotional issue that is contributing to their particular health concern.

Over the years I have seen many people get help in unraveling the “Mind Body Connection” with the use of aromatherapy.

Stress is often a huge factor.  I love Young Living’s blend Stress Away!

And there are MANY oil blends offered by Young Living that you also might find helpful in your emotional journey.  The Feelings Collection is a good place to start.
