Over the years I have taken lots of different herbal supplements and vitamins with varying results. It has been quite a journey. Several years ago I started working with my doctor to determine what my body needed. I have blood tests done twice a year and this has been tremendously helpful if figuring out what works and what does not. Over the past couple of years I was able to bring my body into balance and strengthen my Immune System. The results are exciting!
