Naturally Slim

I recently read about Dr. Oz’s Swimsuit Slimdown Drink
1 cup grapefruit or orange or pineapple juice,
2 tsp apple cider vineger,
1 tsp honey
Drink before each meal … breaks down fat cells faster than anything else.

My sister has citrus fruits readily available in her yard. But in my frigid locale, getting high quality fresh organic fruit isn’t as easy.  I have discovered it is easy to substitute the juice of fresh fruit with several drops of Young Living’s pure essential oils.

Because Young Living is very particular about how their oils are extracted or distilled, there are no added chemicals to make them toxic to our bodies.  Therefore, I am very comfortable taking these wonderful oils internally because they are generally regarded as safe for internal consumption (GRAS) by the FDA. This is in contrast to oils from most other companies, which usually bear the warning on the label that they are not for internal use.  Makes you wonder why, doesn’t it?
