If you are sick will eating an apple make you well? Probably not!  But I firmly believe that eating healthy can help you stay well.  I also believe that a healthy lifestyle goes a long way in turning around our health and quality of life.  Last year my mom fell and broke some bones. This started a sequence of events that have resulted in a dramatic improvement in her health!
